This position requires effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to negotiate and manage various tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer experiences. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory levels, including pricing strategies and product placement. Handle cashiering duties accurately while maintaining financial integrity. Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and phone etiquette. Train new employees on operational procedures and customer service standards. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving store performance.

Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within retail or similar environments is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in math for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience with store management practices, including pricing negotiations and inventory control. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation of the team. Familiarity with cashiering processes and administrative responsibilities is a plus.
