The function requires expertise across a broad range of technologies focusing on data center, hardware, and enterprise server products. Key deliverables include providing support and execution of technology specific solutions for both in-house developed and vendor provided Infrastructure systems.Let\xe2\x80\x99s talk about Responsibilities

  • The primary objective of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering - Platform Engineering Team Lead is to execute and deliver specialized solutions that ensure critical systems are scalable, supportable, and sustainable within the IT Infrastructure.
  • The Team Lead will work with the local support team to participate on building, executing, and enhancing systems running business applications and infrastructure.
  • Key responsibilities include implementing processes to maintain servers for high availability, and provide implementation and engineering of virtualization, cloud, and automation solutions to drive ResMed\xe2\x80\x99s business goals and offerings.
  • Focuses on the implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organizational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction of resources.
  • Partners with other members of the Operations and Engineering staff to ensure efficient application and service delivery as well as supporting infrastructure escalations.
  • Provide innovative enhancements to all processes and deployment initiatives by way of automation, cost savings, and process efficiencies while consistently driving a spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Work with Security Analysts to ensure operating systems comply with established security standards.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team as part of 24x7 global support group to establish on-call schedules and collaboratively plan and execute off-hour installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Comfortable with client inter-relations at a professional level.

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of own function and related disciplines.
