Your Opportunity:The DI Team Lead for Development and Enhancement is responsible for leading, developing and implementing new projects and initiatives within Diagnostic Imaging and wherever programs and initiatives interact with Diagnostic Imaging. The DI Team Lead for Development and Enhancement will also be the Diagnostic Imaging point of contact with other internal and external applications or programs to propose changes or enhancements to these applications and programs. The DI Team Lead for Development and Enhancement will also represent DI Application Support for various Diagnostic Imaging Liaison Groups.Description:Program Development Will be primary contact for all new DI applications and Initiatives. This will include understanding the initiatives and working with IT, Business Analysts and external stakeholders to develop and sustain new workflows and sustainability. Program Enhancement Will be the primary point of contact for DI Applications when enhancements, upgrades or changes are requested. These stakeholders include Diagnostic Imaging, Connect Care Teams and IT Informatics. DI Business Support Liaison \xe2\x80\xa2 Will represent DI Business Support on multiple Provincial Liaison Groups to engage, inform and receive feedback from the various Diagnostic Imaging sub-specialties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Will also chair and lead the Provincial Informatics Liaison Group.

Required Qualifications:Post-Secondary Education: Degree or Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology, Allied Health Technology with experience in information management and technology and/or Information Technology Degree or Diploma with experience in Diagnostic Imaging and/or healthcare. A certificate in a Healthcare related field may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum five to ten (5-10) years of experience working in Diagnostic Imaging or providing technical support to Diagnostic Imaging systems in a healthcare setting. Experience with multiple healthcare systems outside of Diagnostic Imaging (i.e electronic health record, clinical information systems, etc.) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous supervisory and/or management experience will be considered an asset.
