As a Team Lead, you build brand loyalty and create experiences of YMCA products and services for members and participants. You're dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other. The Team Lead plays a critical role in customer experience by presenting products and services, processing transactions and supporting your team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time, we invite you to apply! This position is based in St. John's.

Job Requirements

A high school diploma or higher Retail/customer service and leadership experience Excellent communication and computer skills Interest in charities and fitness Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and holidays Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
