Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hands on lead hand to help with pallet production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills. This role requires forklift experience, excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

Help lead daily pallet production and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Help lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff

Experience

Proven experience in a Lead hand role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Must have sit down forklift experience. Proficiency in using computer applications such as Windows, Word, and inventory management software is required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
