About the Role

We are seeking a Team Lead / Assistant to support daily operations, manage staff workflow, and ensure smooth service delivery. This is a hands-on managerial position that requires both leadership and strong product knowledge, particularly in hair extensions, wigs, and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day retail floor operations. Supervise and support team members to ensure top-quality customer experience. Assist in scheduling, task delegation, and maintaining store organization. Provide expert guidance to customers on hair extensions and wigs. Ensure inventory and displays are well-managed and visually appealing. Support management with training new hires and enforcing company policies. Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly. Knowledge in hair and beauty products.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills 1-2+ years in a lead role (salon or beauty retail preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills; calm under pressure Team leadership: coaching, feedback, floor management, conflict resolution Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented; able to prioritize and follow through Comfortable with POS and basic inventory tasks (Shopify or similar is an asset) Reliable, professional, and passionate about beauty and customer care.
