This leader will support the Manager, Asset Recovery and Remarketing with the day-to-day operations and act as the subject matter experrt for the team. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with vendors while identifying the best interests of the company. You will be reviewing and making decisions on escaladed active accounts within company guidelines in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will also be working closely with other team members while mentoring and independently making decisions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day review of active accounts
• Communicate with vendors in a productive and professional manner.
• Manage vendor expectation with company interests in mind.
• Review and decision vendor requests with regards to effective cost control
• Follow directions and procedures based on the provided workflow.
• Audit accounts to ensure accuracy from team members.
• Plan and execute workflows with manager based on company needs.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of provincial guidelines
• General knowledge of Canadian geography
• Strong interpersonal skills for vendor communication
• Experience in reading and reviewing a Credit Bureau report.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Excel
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Social media savvy
• Plan and execute workflow.
• Lead communication in crossover department discussions.
• Full-time availability to work in our Pickering, ON office
