Reporting to the Store Manager and Business Coach, the Team Lead will be based in Abbotsford, BC and will play an essential role in our Franchise Operations success.




Your Mission







As a Team Lead, you will work alongside your teammates to create and deliver orders for customers. The Team Lead plays a crucial roles in ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of our delicious pizzas and food to hungry customers. Your exceptional customer service skills, team leadership, and commitment to employee experience will contribute to our reputation for excellent service.

Day-to-Day Impact






Work with team members to create and fulfill orders. Assist with in-store tasks during non-delivery hours where needed. Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure that every customer order is delivered in a timely manner. Help maintain store operations through delegation and leading a team. Help guide and train employees on Panago recipes and SOPs. Maintain clear and effective communication with the store team in all operations aspects. Consult with the Store Manager and Business Coach on operation matters. Safety first mindset and report any issues during routes. Help with scheduling, filing or reporting where needed. Establish and build a trusting relationship with Panago franchise partners, stakeholders and customers. Ensure cleanliness through food safety and sanitation guidelines. Other duties as outlined by the Store Manager



Competencies and Experience






0-1 years previous experience in QSR, Retail or Food & Beverage industry Ability to work independently and within a team Knowledge of franchise operations Knowledge of general area of London, Ontario Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Must be able to travel to the store location in London, Ontario Must possess some supervising experience

Unit 101 - 3230 Mount Lehman Road, Abbotsford, BC

. Hours of Operations are Sunday-Thursday 11am-11pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am-3am. * Only those selected will be contacted for an interview.
