We are currently looking for individuals to join our dynamic team in the role of Medical Scheduler/Team Coordinator. This role ensures the scheduling of PSWs, Nurses and Therapists ensuring service delivery and administrative functions related to client services are performed accurately and in a timely manner.

YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:
  • Being "The Bridge" between our front-line workers and our patients
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and assignments
  • Receiving and directing inbound telephone calls
  • Inputs data & records information and service hours into scheduling software
  • Receives routine referral/intake information from Funders and private-pay clients
  • Conversing and communicating with stakeholders about patient care
YOU BRING:
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong administration and organizational skills, proven skills in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Availability to work non-traditional hours, such as early morning, evenings and alternate weekends
  • Current vulnerable sector check screening
  • Strong proficiency in the English language, French skills are an asset
