Position Summary:
Correction of lab reports and assignments. Primary responsibility will be helping to set-up and manage the laboratory component of the course.
Qualifications:
Must be WHMIS trained.

A strong foundation in soil and soil ecology is needed to be able to assist students with carrying out their lab activities.
Preference will be given to students with advanced knowledge in soil ecology.
Teaching Assistants must be available to work the entire contract period. When applying for the positions below, please first consult the up to date Fall 2025 McGill class schedule on Minerva to avoid any conflicts.Please note that Teaching Assistants will be required on campus to perform their tasks in person. Should anything prohibit in-person teaching activities, courses will revert to remote teaching. In the event of such a change, Teaching Assistants will be advised as soon as possible. Teaching Assistants may be required to perform tasks suited to a remote/online teaching environment using a virtual learning platform [e.g., Zoom, WebEx] and the McGill myCourses learning management system.
