Teaching Assistant
Job Description
We are a very respected full day West Central Montessori based program looking for an emotionally mature, positive, hard-working Level 2 or 3 early childhood educator with at least a year experience in ECE and excellent local references. We have expert in house hands on training, a wonderful collaborative team and a work life balance that is rare. Our schools are structured Montessori whose services include full and half day programs for students ranging from 2-6 years old.
The role is an immediate full time hire for someone available between 745a-5p.
We will consider an experienced Level 1 who is actively pursuing Level 2.
Coachability and reliability are a critical assets to us as are english speaking skills and a happy, respectful demeanor. Montessori familiarity is not required as we will train for right person. Experience supporting young children mild ADD, ADHD or autism within an educational environment could be an asset but is not required.

base rate is posted but does not include top up as that changes based on your Alberta Childcare Certification Level and experience.
