Position Summary:
This requisition is for one position at the McGill Institute for the Study of CanadaCourse dates are January 5, 2026, to April 14, 2026.
Effective dates of appointment are January 2, 2026, to May 9, 2026
Responsibilities may include:
The Teaching Assistant will be required to occasionally attend lectures; share in grading papers and exams; as well as holding weekly office hours to advise students on course-related matters.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a strong academic record and be involved with research with an Indigenous focus. Applicants with previous TA experience in courses with an Indigenous focus, a familiarity with Indigenous Studies/ post-colonial scholarship, and community engagement are encouraged to apply.
