Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, individualized, and ABA-based educational programs.
Utilize reinforcement strategies to encourage positive behavior and skill development.
Teach foundational academic, communication, and social skills in group settings as well as one-on-one.
Collect and analyze data on student performance to adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and behavior analysts to support children's goals.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required)
- Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience working with children with developmental or learning challenges (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine love for teaching young children
