About the Role:

As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and supporting a plan that supports each child's, families and ECS program's needs. We are looking for a fulltime (FTE 1.0) teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

Building a strong rapport with child, family and ECS program.

Developing and supporting Individual Program Plans (IPPs) by collaborating with parents, ECS partners and team members.

Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and strategies to support child's learning and progress.

Supporting and coaching families and ECS programs on various strategies.

Coordinating community-based, multidisciplinary team services in for clients and their families.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education or higher Valid Alberta Education permanent or interim teaching certificate Strong understanding of Early Childhood Development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to client and ECS partner locations Proficiency in technology tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
