What You'll Do

As a Scholars teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons to small groups (1-2 students) Support students in building confidence and academic skills Use the provided curriculum and customize instruction based on student needs Track progress and communicate effectively with families and staff Foster a positive, growth-oriented learning environment
What We're Looking For

Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) preferred Candidates currently in Teachers College or a university are encouraged to apply Strong subject knowledge in high school math and/or science Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) Organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about student success Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an asset Recent Vulnerable Sector Record Check required Availability for a minimum of 8 hours/week during our teaching hours: Monday to Friday 4 pm through 9pm, Saturday 9 am through 3 pm.
