Responsibilities: * Develop and implement daily, engaging, and dynamic art lessons for students in grades K-8

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and artistic expression
• Evaluate and grade students' artwork, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to incorporate art into other subject areas, such as social studies and language arts
• Participate in school events and initiatives, such as art shows and community service projects
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in art education and incorporate them into lessons
• Foster a love for art and inspire students to explore their own creativity and unique styles
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress in art class
• Maintain an organized and well-equipped art classroom

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Art Education or related field

• Must hold a valid teaching certification or license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching art to students in grades K-8
• Strong knowledge of art history, techniques, and materials
• Ability to create and implement engaging and age-appropriate art lessons
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with children and fostering a love for art
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
