We are looking to hire someone who has a passion for teaching and tutoring, loves children, shows initiative, has a sense of humor, is excited to teach and create experiences, and can work in a positive team environment. You must be able to manage a group of children on their own if necessary. At Phi Education, we have developed our unique early childhood education program to collaborate with Singapore Math and Phonetic Spelling together. Our program is suitable for children from 3 to 12 years old. If you have experience interacting with younger children, that will be a definite asset. On-site training will be provided. Schedule: This position can be a full-time shift from 9:30 A.M. to 5:45 P.M. or part-time shift for 2.5~5 hours per day (Monday to Sunday). This contract will be until the end of the school year with the possibility of extending afterward depending on the individual\xe2\x80\x99s performance. :

• Write lesson plans for each upcoming lesson to meet the interest and needs of the individual child and the group.
• Prepare and set-up materials for classroom activities of all interests as well as general housekeeping.
• Developing in-class activities which apply math and English concepts that students have been taught.
• Organize and manage teaching materials before and after each lesson ensuring that the facility and all equipment are clean, well-maintained, and safe.
• Plan what in-class activity will be beneficial for kids to understand math and English concepts.
• Maintaining and scheduling weekly and monthly activities in file.
• Participating in ongoing in-service and education development opportunities, and participating in the ongoing development and evaluation of the program\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives
• Planning and implementing activities that meet the physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs of their students
• Part of administrative job responsibilities

Skills Required:

• Supervisory capability when dealing with young children.
• Must be able to work as a team and individually.
• Create a nurturing, safe and enjoyable environment for children and students
• Must be patient, caring and able to guide children effectively
• Prepare and design different class materials and activities for students
• Build interactive learning incorporating a storyline
• Must have open communication with staff and parents
• Ability to work under pressure
• Providing age-appropriate experiences and activities for children, including storytelling, games, and songs.
• Integrating special needs children in a positive and respectful manner
• A very strong proven track record of safety and first aid certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual Part-time hours: 20-30 per week Schedule:
