Duties

Control traffic flow through construction and work zones by following traffic management plans and permits. Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to ensure safety protocols are followed. Monitor the work area for potential hazards and report any issues immediately. Assist in setting up and taking down traffic control devices as needed. Collaborate with crews to facilitate safe operations around the work zones.

Skills

Strong communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively to both team members and the public. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards are essential for this role. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while remaining focused on tasks at hand.
