This is a great opportunity for individuals who already hold valid flagging certification and are ready to get to work. Job Highlights: Direct traffic safely around construction zones Support site safety and compliance under supervision Steady weekday shifts--overtime occasionally available Work outdoors with a crew that values communication and reliability Requirements: Valid BCCSA or equivalent Traffic Control certification (required) Full PPE, including hi-vis vest, hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves Ability to stay alert, follow protocols, and communicate clearly Punctual, professional, and comfortable working in all weather conditions Why Join Us?
