We are seeking a reliable and professional Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage time efficiently. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while providing an exceptional experience.
Duties
Safely operate a taxi vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any issues.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and addressing any concerns during the ride.
Handle cash transactions accurately, providing change as necessary and maintaining records of fares collected.
Utilize GPS or maps to navigate routes effectively, ensuring efficient travel times.
Communicate with dispatchers regarding availability, passenger requests, and any incidents that may occur during shifts.
Skills
Proficient driving skills with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse passengers.
Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
Experience in commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory.
