Overview

Hello Taxi & delivery seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Taxi Driver to join our team. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to passengers while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong time management abilities, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Duties

Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues. Handle cash transactions accurately and provide change as necessary. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings. Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users. Utilize GPS and navigation tools to determine the most efficient routes. Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times. Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fares, and any incidents that occur during transportation.

Qualifications

Valid class 4 driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills for processing payments. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse passengers. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods is a plus.
