The challenges that await you
Performs various tasks related to the taxation and collection of taxes and other revenues as well as the transmission of relevant information.
Conducts various research with different City departments to resolve tax adjustment requests within the scope of their responsibilities
Prepares, based on plans and various information, the documents and information used for the distribution and taxation of property taxes for permanent works, for the taxation of transfer duties on real estate and water metering, tenants, etc.
Prepares, based on plans and various information, the taxation studies for infrastructure works.
Prepares, based on various information, the documents required for the cash payment of infrastructure expenses.
Prepares, based on various information, the documents required for files requiring collection procedures.
The ideal profile for us
Possess a college diploma (DEC) in accounting and management techniques or equivalent;
Have eighteen (18) months of relevant experience in the role, as described in the summary above;
Master the Office suite software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
