About the Role

Prime Tax Solutions is hiring two experienced Tax/Accounting Associates for the 2026 tax season. This role supports high-volume T1/T2 tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and CRA compliance work. This is a

100% on-site role

at our Ajax office, with

early morning and late evening hours

during peak season.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Personal Tax (T1) returns Prepare Corporate Tax (T2) returns Perform bookkeeping and GL reconciliation Support payroll processing Prepare GST/HST returns Assist with CRA audit documentation Organize and validate client files Communicate with clients regarding missing details Support high-volume operations during peak tax season

Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)

Minimum 2+ years of experience

in a tax or accounting firm
? Direct hands-on experience with

T1/T2 preparation

? Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and GST/HST filing
? Degree/Diploma in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

? Must be able to

work on-site in Ajax

daily
? Must live within reliable commuting/driving distance
? Must be able to work

early and late hours

during peak tax months

Assets

Intuit ProFile experience Strong Excel skills CRA audit support experience Strong client communication skills
