We're working with our client located in downtown Vancouver who are hiring a permanent Tax Specialist for their new tax team. Perfect person for this role has their CPA and 3 years of experience working in partnership tax and corporate tax.

Responsibilities:

Preparing tax provisions schedules, financial statement disclosures, tax returns and payments, and installments/calculations.

Financial reporting and updating the company database.
/li
li
Preparing compliance filings, reviewing working paper files, working on tax filings.
/li
li
Working closely with the accounting team and external advisors.
/li
li
Working on a variety of projects.
/li

Requirements:

3+ years of experience working on partnership and corporate taxes

Experience working with a public accounting firm
/li

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

CPA designation
/li
li
Bachelor's degree in Accounting

li
Enrollment in CICA In-depth Tax Program
/li
li
Experience with Corporate TaxPrep and CCH Taxprep Forms
/li
