- 5-10 years of experience as a tax lawyer at a law firm specializing in tax-focused transactions, tax planning and compliance
- Commodity tax experience is a huge plus
- Portable book of business, preferred, not required
- LL.M. in Tax is preferred but not required
- Licensed to practice in Alberta
- Growth potential with a Partner track
