Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tattoo Artist to join our team at our Ink & Honey Tattoos. As a Tattoo Artist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and provide exceptional tattoo services to our clients. If you have a passion for artistry, excellent customer service skills, and a strong portfolio, we want to hear from you! We'd prefer if you had at least 2 years of shop experience and are based locally. We are not accepting international applicants at this time.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their tattoo design preferences and provide expert advice
- Create custom tattoo designs based on client specifications
- Perform tattoo application using sterilized equipment and following proper safety and sanitation protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide aftercare instructions to clients to ensure proper healing of tattoos
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Collaborate with other artists and staff members to create a positive and professional work environment

Skills:
- Excellent guest services skills to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create unique and visually appealing tattoo designs
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their desired tattoo design
- Experience in retail sales or hospitality is a plus
- Proficiency in makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, or product demos is beneficial
