We are seeking one part time EXPERIENCED Tattoo Artist. minimum 5 years post apprenticeship. Potential to grow to Full time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic background and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tattoo Artist, you will work closely with clients to design and execute custom tattoos that reflect their individual styles and preferences. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and safe workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized, and fostering a welcoming environment for clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their tattoo ideas and preferences, providing expert advice on design and placement.
Create custom tattoo designs that meet client specifications while showcasing your artistic skills.
Execute tattoos with precision, ensuring high-quality results that adhere to health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the tattoo station, tools, and equipment in compliance with industry regulations. Bloodborne Pathogens Certification (up to date)
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the tattooing process.
Upsell additional services or products, such as aftercare items or touch-up sessions.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Assist with ongoing social media promotion.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a minimum of
5 years
experience in a professional setting. (post apprenticeship ) strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Familiarity with sanitation practices and health regulations in the tattoo industry.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A passion for art and creativity, with an eagerness to learn new techniques and styles.

Pay: $35,957.78-$80,000.00 per year
