The role will perform turnaround planning and scheduling at air separation plants and hydrogen/syngas plants across North America.
The

TAR (Tanker Attachment Rig) Planner/Scheduler

plans, schedules, and coordinates the delivery of bulk gases to customer locations using TAR units. This position requires knowledge of gas operations, route efficiency, customer service, and computer skills.


The TAR Planner/Scheduler will plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries for all customers in their designated area. They will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting any issues or concerns related to TAR unit performance, safety, and maintenance. In addition, they will work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and organizational skills. You should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while working independently. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this position.
High school diploma or GED required; 2 year associates degree in a technical field or technical training preferred 10+ years maintenance experience Extensive use of the CMMS (Maximo) Experience in building detailed job plans Proficiency in the use of Google Chrome applications, particularly Gmail, Sheets and Drive. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project Excellent planning and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated interpersonal skills Ability to work with all levels of personnel Comfortable in both corporate and field environments Ability to multitask, prioritize in periods of peak work volume Ability to work self directed, make sound decisions Knowledge of implementing and participating in continuous improvement procedure Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. or Canada
