We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Craft Beer and the restaurant industry. They will be responsible for managing many aspects of the restaurant, including overseeing and training serving staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and seeing that all service standards and policies are being met. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Train and develop staff to ensure they are meeting customer service standards.
Ensure that all employee policies are being followed.
Manage customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
