Responsibilities
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
Support team members with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, to ensure timely communication
Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies to ensure efficiency
Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, or travel arrangements
Perform general office duties to support daily operations and team needs
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
