Tank Terminal Operator (5/2 Shift)

Job Description
A major oil and gas company is looking for a Tank Terminal Operator in the Fort St John area. The successful candidate will be local to the area and work a 5/2 shift with 8 hour days (not including travel). The successful candidate will be administratively strong with a willingness to rove as a pipeline operator when required, and also cover holidays. There will be ATV use, adverse weather work, work callouts and the occasional camp stay. The candidate will be physically fit and a motivated self starter.
Additional requirements include:
- Experience as an oil and gas field operator an asset
- Must be a team player with strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise
- Must have required safety tickets (First Aid, H2S Alive, etc.)
- Capable of passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must have full class 5 driver license. No Graduated Driver License
