Talent Search Specialist, Lawyers and Notaries

Our Lawyers and Notaries division is growing and needs to hire a Talent Search Specialist to complete its team and thus contribute to the continuous development of the company.

As a Talent Search Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

-Being the main point of contact with job seekers;
-Conducting the full recruitment process;
-Advising candidates on opportunities corresponding to their profile;
-Working closely with team members, with the goal of fulfilling mandates and contributing to collective success;
-Being proactive in achieving objectives and contribute to the continuous development of business;
-Participating in various professional activities, as appropriate.

Your strengths:

-You have been a member of the Barreau du Qu\xc3\xa9bec or the Chambre des Notaires for a minimum of two (2) years;
-You have been involved in the recruitment process of your firm (an asset) including student/articling positions;
-You have experience in a professional practice or company;
-You are fluent in communicating in both official languages, both orally and in writing;
-You are recognized for your highly human approach, your passion at work, your empathy, your ability to listen, your ability to create interpersonal relationships, especially in terms of customer management;

You are recognized for your constructive results-oriented approach.
