Trotman Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Talent Screener to join our HR team on a part-time basis. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and candidate experience, with strong communication skills and a knack for identifying top talent. Position: Talent Screener (Part - Time)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday and possible weekends, 25 hours/week
Salary: $25/hour + bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates applying to roles in sales, service, finance, and other key departments. Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely process. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset but not required.
