Now, we're looking for a

Talent, People, and Culture Generalist

to join our team and help shape the employee experience. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence everything from compensation strategy to employee engagement, ensuring Packetlabs remains not only a leader in cybersecurity but also a great place to work.

What you'll be doing



Compensation & Benefits



Partner with leadership to support salary benchmarking, pay structure reviews, and market competitiveness analyses. Administer annual compensation cycles (merit increases, bonus programs, salary adjustments). Provide guidance to managers on compensation practices to ensure internal equity and compliance. Assist in benefits administration and vendor coordination.

Talent Management & Employee Relations



Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR inquiries, employee relations matters, and policy guidance. Assist with performance management processes, coaching managers on feedback and goal setting. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organizational development efforts.

Recruitment & Onboarding



Partner with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

HR Operations & Compliance



Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Support the development and continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and procedures. This role may involve supporting other teams and cross-department initiatives as part of our collaborative culture

You have;



2-5 years of HR generalist experience, with direct involvement in compensation programs. A solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and market trends. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience and proficiency with HRIS systems & ATS (Rippling is an asset) A professional designation (CHRP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
