We're looking for a highly organized, people-driven
Talent Operations Partner
to support one of our fast-paced Sales Program. This role is key to ensuring every new rep hits the ground running--with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. You'll lead the onboarding process from offer to deployment, while also supporting leadership with staffing oversight, planning, and special projects. Approximately 30% of your role will involve assisting the Director in tracking headcount, analyzing gaps, and acting as a strategic right hand in daily program operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Impact
Onboarding & Field Readiness (70%)
Own the full onboarding journey for new reps, including offer packages, background checks, system setup, and Day 1 prep.
Host engaging onboarding sessions that communicate expectations, culture, and sales readiness.
Coordinate training logistics in collaboration with Sales Trainers and Field Leaders.
Track onboarding completion, performance ramp-ups, and field deployment timing.
Act as the go-to support for new reps during their first 30 days to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
Ensure reps are equipped with proper tools: uniforms, tablets, ID badges, Program credentials, etc.
Headcount Management & Director Support (30%)
Track daily and weekly headcount against program targets; proactively flag gaps or risks.
Maintain dashboards for active reps, pending hires, drop-off trends, and retention rates.
Work with Recruiting, Field Leaders, and HR to ensure staffing goals are met in each territory.
Support the Director in workforce planning, regional coverage analysis, and internal process improvements.
Assist with special projects such as seasonal hiring blitzes, performance reviews, and pilot program rollouts.
Be a trusted partner to the Director--anticipating needs, managing follow-ups, and keeping projects on track.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who You Are
2-4 years of experience in onboarding, operations, or high-volume recruiting support
Excellent communicator who can confidently lead sessions and respond quickly to changing needs
Proactive and process-minded--able to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and own execution
Comfortable with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and field operations systems (e.g. applicant tracking, scheduling software)
Able to work independently and juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
