Job Description


Our well-regarded client is seeking a Talent Manager to join their team. This Talent Manager will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.

Responsibilities:
- Create and assist with onboarding logistics for new staff, ensure current staff are up to date on all organizational policies and procedures
- Assist with and prepare training operations for staff
- Assess employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
- Generate employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Construct a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Create employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
- Preserve physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Shape onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Leverage HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
- Team up with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Preside over appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in a HR environment, recruiting and/or people development
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Trained in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
