Position Description
TTI Canada is looking for a dynamic Talent Management Consultant to join our growing and dynamic Human Resources team! The Talent Management Consultant plays a critical role in shaping and executing TTI Canada's employee experience by identifying and supporting development needs to build leadership capability, and enable career growth across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other stakeholders to drive initiatives in leadership development, succession planning, performance enablement, employee engagement, career pathing, and talent mobility.
This role acts as a strategic advisor and internal consultant to HR leadership and business units, ensuring the organization builds and sustains a future-ready workforce.
While TTI Canada believes and offers flexibility, this role is an in-office position based out of our Toronto Headquarters, which is the center of TTI Canada's culture. As a key driver of TTI's culture you need to spend most of your time where the action is!
What You Will Do:
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to surface leadership capability gaps
Conduct interviews, surveys, internal assessments and performance data reviews to inform leadership development priorities
Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to co-design leadership programs and experiential learning opportunities ensuring real-world needs are being met
Facilitate annual and mid-year talent reviews with HRBPs and business leaders
Maintain succession pipelines for critical roles
Identify readiness gaps and partner with Learning & Development to build development plans
Develop timelines, tools, and educate leaders on our talent review criteria and selection process
Support creation of development plans for leaders and future leaders of TTI Canada
Track future leaders' engagement, mobility, and development progress
Partner with TA to benchmark external talent against internal bench strength
Integrate leadership development into the HR calendar to proactively address and plan for talent gaps
Support performance management strategy and calibration processes through leading the annual performance review process
Support HRBPs in translating business needs into development priorities
Support Business & HRBPs in recommending interventions for underperformance or development acceleration
Analyze performance trends to inform talent decisions
Promote internal mobility through visibility of roles and readiness
Collaborate with HRBPs to localize paths for business unit needs (i.e. service and non-sales roles)
Support the creation of career maps for key functions/roles
Partner with TA and Total Rewards to align mobility with retention strategies
Contribute to engagement survey action planning with a talent lens
Align talent initiatives with employee experience goals (e.g., recognition, feedback culture)
Lead the Women's Network program, and identify other DEI needs and solutions, along with the mentorship program
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR fields.
Proven track of leadership coaching (a certification is preferred)
Proven track record in designing and implementing leadership development and talent programs
Strong understanding of succession planning methodologies and performance enablement practices
Previous experience utilizing assessment tools to identify leadership development gaps
Solid facilitation and consulting experience
Previous experience in mid-size Consumer Packaging Goods or similar industry in preferred
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization
Proficiency with MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Experience with Workday is preferred
