Minimum Qualifications: Must currently be enrolled in a recognized and accredited Canadian post-secondary institution throughout the duration of the co-op term. You must also be returning to a post-secondary institution after the co-op term is completed. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PST or MDT or relocate to a specific office (Vancouver or site-based)

The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals of a diverse set of backgrounds. Responsibilities

  • Support system, processes and tools related to Performance and Succession.
  • Draft communications and training materials to support programs and project work.
  • Work independently on specific Talent Management projects as assigned.
  • Help to track and develop metrics.
  • Research and summary report writing
  • Follow up on various activities to ensure completion.
  • Provide administrative support and other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce with a concentration in Human Resources or Marketing (Preference will be given to students in their third and fourth years).
  • Motivated self-starter with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Works collaboratively and uses a \'customer centric\' approach when engaging others.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and be able to coordinate several tasks and/or projects simultaneously.
  • Curious, adaptable and flexible, as well as open to learning and trying new things.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of integrity.
  • Able to work well independently on projects from start to finish.
  • Passionate about technology.
  • Previous Co-op experience is an asset.
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively in Spanish is an asset

Wage Range: $3,800 - $4,800 / Month

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
