As our Talent Management and Organizational Development Coordinator you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to our Talent Management and Organizational Design team. This includes administrative and project management support primarily for DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), Learning and Employee Engagement programs and initiatives, and other talent management programs as required.

In the role you will work closely with the HR team, employee volunteers and other departments as required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supports project management and administration of primarily DEI, Learning & Employee Engagement programs and initatives
  • Develops and maintains communication and marketing of programs, services, and upcoming courses through various channels and internal partners
  • Records minutes from meetings
  • Maintains the L&D inbox including responding to or triaging requests and communicating with enrollees and participants of Learning programs from across STEMCELL
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree with 0-2 years of relevant work / co-op experience
  • Comfortable learning to use new technologies in creative ways
  • Effective and customer service oriented Able to work with moderate supervision
  • Critical thinking and relationship building skills. Strong writing, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
