What will your typical day look like?


Our General Inquiries and Intake Management team will include; providing positive client interactions, processing hires, leaves, transfers and departures, providing HR support and advice to clients in line with Deloitte’s processes and policies, managing employee data and auditing entries to ensure accuracy, produce and deliver confidential documents, and identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes. We operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing timely and professional responses to all of requests we receive. You will have an opportunity to work closely with other individuals in a highly collaborative and connected team environment.

About the team



The Deloitte Canada Chief People and Culture Office (CCPO) has developed a Culture and People Strategy for 2023. The Culture and People Strategy is built on four pillars – I am Valued, I am Connected, I am Thriving, and I am Inspired and Empowered. The CCPO delivers business-focused, efficient and innovative programs focused on bringing on our “I could have only done it at Deloitte” people promise to life. The transformed CCPO function consists of Business Experience (HR Business Partners), People Experience (HR Operations) and an agile Workplace Experience Centre of Expertise (CoE), supported by dedicated: General Inquiries and Intake Management and Event and Podium Experience functions. Together these teams bring a diverse set of capabilities to create a fundamentally different talent experience that is powered by digital, data-driven, employee-centric, leading practice, and enabled from the centre.

In this role, the expected qualifications are:

  • Enrolled in a post-secondary program such as human resources, business/commerce or other relevant programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional client service
  • Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple requests in a changing environment
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to draw insights from data
  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information
  • Experience using an HRIS (PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) and a case management is an asset
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written French skills is obligatory
