About the Position:

We seek a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in large-scale projects and international recruitment to join our team. This role is vital in attracting and retaining top talent for project, engineering, and manufacturing positions to support our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand specific hiring needs and project requirements. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future project needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline and optimize the hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Manage global mobility processes, including relocation and visa requirements, to ensure a smooth transition for international hires.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably with experience in recruiting for large-scale projects. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Internal and international recruitment experience is a strong asset. Experience with global mobility, including relocation and visa processes. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.

Work Location:

Remote/On-site (Hybrid) with frequent presence in Toronto GTA and Southwestern Ontario.
