Summary The Talent and Operations Project Manager is responsible for developing and refining the recruitment strategy to attract the talent necessary to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s continued growth and ongoing expansion across its various business groups and portfolio companies. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Operations Director to identify and execute strategies to help the firm fulfil its operational objectives and implement its human resource plans. You will be an important member of a professional team and will be instrumental in shaping the culture and success of the firm. The Talent and Operations Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Talent Acquisition \xc2\xb7 Continuously monitor the competitive market conditions in each market in which we operate and provide recommendations on compensation, benefits, and other recruitment trends \xc2\xb7 Continually create new, innovative methods to improve the recruitment process and success \xc2\xb7 Design, implement and monitor IT systems to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness within the talent acquisition/human resources department \xc2\xb7 Manage all recruitment efforts at junior and senior levels, and develop and improve university and external search firm relationship management strategies \xc2\xb7 Prepare reporting materials (presentations, visualizations, summaries) and update management on the status of the hiring pipeline for open positions \xc2\xb7 You may be required to perform talent acquisition tasks, including, but not limited to: recruitment need identification, posting jobs, obtaining candidates (both naturally and via external recruitment firms), employment eligibility/background checks, candidate pre-screening, aptitude and personality assessments, drafting and executing job offers Operations Management \xc2\xb7 Design, implement and monitor operations projects to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness of the organization \xc2\xb7 Support Talent Management projects, in areas such as leadership development, training and workforce / succession planning \xc2\xb7 Design risk policies for various business groups to protect the firm\xe2\x80\x99s finances and reputation; ensure compliance with risk management guidelines and the consistent application of risk management policies \xc2\xb7 Collaborate and create a communications plan that increases the reach of the business and establishes it as a thought leader in its various verticals \xc2\xb7 Prepare operational reporting and conduct financial analysis for senior management Required Skills or Experience \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a competitive field, preferably commerce, management, finance \xc2\xb7 One to three (1 \xe2\x80\x93 3) years of work experience in a professional setting, preferably as an in-house recruiter or operations professional in a fast-growing organization and a highly competitive labor market environment \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment \xc2\xb7 Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation an asset \xc2\xb7 Project / Program management experience \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects, with strong organization and prioritization skills \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; experience with VBA, SQL, recruitment software suites in nice to have \xc2\xb7 Innovative and creative thinker who can evaluate and overhaul recruitment processes \xc2\xb7 Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written & verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team environment that requires high initiative, minimal supervision and an ability to address shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Ability to work with remote and geographically dispersed teams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $80,000.00 per year Benefits:
