Talent Acquisition Specialist





The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the current and future workforce needs of the organization. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and strategic sourcing to ensure the organization hires high-quality employees efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities




Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department goals and job requirements. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.). Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System Assist with employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and networking events. Analyze hiring metrics and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.



Professional Qualifications & Experience




Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum of two (2) years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of best practices and employment legislation regarding hiring practices. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open roles while working under pressure. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Experience recruiting in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare, finance). Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., RPR or CPHR). * Experience administering diversity hiring strategies.
