Overview:

Titan Consulting is growing, and we're looking for a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to help expand and strengthen our candidate network across Canada and the United States. In this role, you'll partner with Account Executives, manage the full recruitment cycle, and play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with top-tier organizations. Reporting to the Vice President of Recruitment, this is a career-defining opportunity for someone passionate about people, relationships, and impact.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries and roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job intake to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to deliver top candidates and ensure client satisfaction. Track all recruitment activity in Bullhorn to maintain data accuracy and transparency. Stay current on market trends and industry insights to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications:

You have a University or College degree. 1-3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a staffing or agency setting. Proven ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Driven, coachable, and highly motivated by results. CRM or ATS proficiency (Bullhorn preferred).
