Attract and hire exceptional people.

Lead full-cycle recruitment -- from job postings and screening to interviews and offers -- matching great people with roles where they thrive.

Deliver unforgettable onboarding.

Assist with the design and delivery of onboarding experiences that build excitement, increase early engagement, and accelerate productivity.

Fuel a culture of connection.

Support a healthy, inclusive team environment through recognition programs, feedback loops, and engagement initiatives.

Champion compliance and integrity.

Maintain accurate records, stay ahead of changes in legislation, and ensure everything we do is aligned with employment standards and ethical best practices.

Use data to drive better hiring.

Leverage HR tech and analytics to improve our recruiting efforts, measure success, and share insights that support smarter decision-making.

What you bring

2+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR functions Experience using HR tools like ATS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint) A track record of owning projects and driving results in a collaborative team environment Knowledge of the Alberta Employment Standards or the Canada Labour Code is an asset, but not required Formal HR education or designation is also a nice to have, but not a need to have

Salary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
