Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer):

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in full-cycle recruitment--sourcing and placing mission-aligned volunteers across EF departments. Your work will directly support EF Connect's mission by ensuring our teams are equipped with the right talent and transitions are smooth and successful.

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, orientation, and handoff Facilitate intake meetings, kickoffs, and calibration sessions with hiring managers Draft and update job descriptions and candidate profiles based on role insights Use structured tools (e.g., scorecards, interview guides) to support consistent, equitable evaluation Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer/welcome emails Partner with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure smooth candidate transitions Lead post-interview debriefs and recommend process improvements Maintain ATS records and suggest workflow enhancements Share regular updates with the Talent Acquisition Lead and join team syncs

Attend mandatory team meetings Wednesday's at 6:00 PM MST
