We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications. Utilize various HR sourcing techniques, including cold calling and lead generation, to build a robust candidate pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for employee relations and training & development. Foster relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Assist in office management tasks, including inventory and supplies. Provide general administrative support to staff and executives as needed.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in HR/recruitment, and must have an experience in mortgage or banking sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
