The Role
The role-holder will be managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on attracting and conversing with potential candidates within the Pharmacy industry to sell opportunities for a longterm match. You will develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, business heads/leads and human resources partners ensuring excellent relationship is built and best practice in hiring approach is adopted. This is a key role that requires a strategic, engaging, influential and organized recruitment professional to deliver best in class RPO service to our partner.
To be successful in this role, we are seeking for experienced, confident, and highly credible individuals who are well-versed in recruitment processes, embracing exceptional sourcing and strategic talent-pooling skills, and always striving for effective candidate and proactive stakeholder relationships and engagement. You will also be taking accountability, providing expert advice, and managing client expectations at every stage.
