We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments. You will leverage your expertise in negotiation, interviewing, and sourcing to ensure a seamless hiring process while fostering strong relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
Post ads to attract top quality candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews, in person and virtually.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
Utilize various HR sourcing techniques, including cold calling and lead generation, to identify potential candidates.
Collaborate with project managers to understand their specific needs.
Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Provide training and development support for new hires.
Assist in employee relations initiatives as needed to promote a positive workplace environment.
Maintain employee training certificate files.
Conduct company orientation sessions for new hires.
Collaborate with payroll department to ensure seamless onboarding process.
Develop and maintain employee statistics tracking.
Participate in performance management and staff evaluations.
Skills
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and human resources.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with candidates.
Familiarity with various hiring platforms such as Indeed.
Ability to conduct effective interviews that assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
Strong research skills for identifying potential candidates through various channels.
Experience in training & development related to recruitment practices is a plus.
