Responsibilities



Source Candidates:

Utilize various

platforms

and tools to source and attract top talent.

Coordinate Recruitment Events:

Set up and attend

career fairs

and

networking events

to engage with potential candidates and enhance our recruiting presence.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand

staffing needs

and help develop effective

recruitment strategies

.

Screen Resumes & Conduct Interviews:

Screen resumes and perform candidate interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Interview Scheduling:

Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation on the company's internal drive for easy access and organization.

Support:

Assist in the development of

job descriptions

and

recruitment marketing materials

to attract the right talent.

Employee Relations Support:

Provide insights into the candidate experience and assist in

employee relations

initiatives during the hiring process.

Industry Research:

Stay informed on

industry trends

and best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies.

HR Administrative Support:

Assist with various

HR administrative tasks

as needed, including document management and internal communications.

Skills



Experience in

recruitment

, talent acquisition, or sourcing with a focus on

platform-based candidate sourcing

. Strong networking skills with the ability to engage candidates at

career fairs

and

industry events

. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assess and engage candidates effectively. Organizational skills to manage

candidate records

and

interview schedules

efficiently. Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand and meet staffing needs. Passion for
